Working requirements and space form of coal fired boiler blower

- Dec 01, 2018-

When the impeller of the coal-fired boiler fan is rotated by the motor, the gas filled between the blades will rotate with the impeller. Under the action of the centrifugal force, the gas is extracted from the channel between the blades, and the gas is sent out from the outlet of the impeller. . When the outflow of gas causes a vacuum in the impeller space, the external gas will automatically enter the impeller to replenish. Due to the non-stop operation of the fan, the gas is sucked in and out, forming a continuous flow of gas, thus forming a continuous operation.

There is no difference between the fan of the coal-fired boiler fan and the fan. In the operation, the fan is rotated directly by the motor to generate the wind. Although it is more complicated than the fan, there is no difference in essence. The function of the lead fans is determined by the location where they are installed. The former is located at the rear end of the boiler, blasts the flue outside the boiler, generates a negative pressure on the furnace, and guides the flue gas, so it is called the induced draft fan; On the contrary, it is located at the front end of the boiler and blows air into the boiler, so it is called a blower.

The induced draft fan and blower of the boiler room of the coal-fired boiler fan are generally around 90 decibels, mainly because the temperature of the delivered boiler flue gas is as high as 180 °C. The use of closed sound insulation will result in poor heat dissipation, high motor temperature and even burning of the motor. Therefore, the process combines noise reduction and energy saving of the fan.
