Unit installation and operation requirements for air shower centrifugal ventilator

- Jun 19, 2019-

The installation of the whole unit of the air shower centrifugal ventilator should be placed directly on the foundation and leveled with the pair of diagonal horns. Centrifugal fans assembled on site, the cutting surface on the base should be properly protected, there should be no rust or operation, and the pair of inclined horns should be leveled when the base is placed on the foundation.

Before the air shower chamber centrifugal fan bush is ground and scraped, the rotor shaft line and the shaft axis of the casing should be corrected first, and the gap between the impeller and the air inlet and the gap between the main shaft and the shaft hole of the rear side plate of the casing should be adjusted. It complies with the provisions of the equipment technical documentation. When assembling the main shaft and bearing bush, it should be inspected according to the technical documents of the equipment. An interference of 0.03 to 0.04 mm should be maintained between the bearing cap and the bearing shell (measure the outer diameter of the bearing shell and the inner diameter of the bearing housing).

When the fan casing of the air shower centrifugal fan is assembled, the position of the casing should be corrected based on the rotor shaft line, and the axial and radial clearance between the impeller inlet and the casing inlet should be high. In the range specified in the equipment technical documentation, check that the anchor bolts are tight. If the gap value is not specified in the technical documentation of the equipment, the general axial clearance should be 1/100 of the outer diameter of the impeller, and the radial clearance should be evenly distributed. The value should be 1.5/1000~3/1000 of the outer diameter of the impeller. Smaller diameters take large values). When adjusting, try to make the gap value smaller to improve the fan efficiency.
