Overall installation requirements for dust exhaust centrifugal fan

- Aug 21, 2018-

Dust exhaust centrifugal fans have a wide range of applications and are now widely used for ventilation, dust extraction and cooling of machinery, mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships and buildings. Dust-removing centrifugal fan is a mechanical machine that relies on input mechanical energy to increase gas pressure and deliver gas. It is a driven fluid machine.

In order to ensure the use effect, the installation effect of the dust exhaust centrifugal fan should be ensured first. We need to place the entire unit on the foundation and level it with a pair of diagonal horns. If it is assembled on site, the cutting surface on the base should be properly protected. There should be no rust or operation. When the base is placed on the foundation, the pair of inclined horns should be leveled, and the bearing seat and the base should be kept tight. Engage.

Remember to follow the equipment technical documentation and check when assembling the spindle and bearing parts. When assembling the dust exhaust centrifugal fan casing, the position of the casing should be corrected based on the rotor shaft line and the axial and radial clearance between the impeller inlet and the casing inlet should be high-speed to the range specified in the equipment technical documents. Inside, check that the anchor bolts are tight.
