Actual size: actual size of the FFU filter = module size - (keel section -25mm), the actual size of the fan module is slightly larger than the filter by 4mm. For example, the common dome keel end face width is 55mm, the modulus size is 1200, 900, 600 corresponds to the actual size of the FFU filter 1170, 870, 570, and the actual size of the fan module is 1174, 874, 574.
Off-board residual pressure: At a set wind speed, the total static pressure (TSP) of the fan module is deducted from the resistance of the HEPA/ULPA filter, which is the external residual pressure (ESP), in Pa. ESP refers to the ability of the FFU machine to overcome the wind resistance of the clean room. Whether it is the residual pressure outside the FFU machine or the total static pressure TSP of the fan module, it must be named wind speed or air volume, otherwise it is meaningless.
Input energy consumption: The product of the input voltage or input current during normal operation of the FFU, in W. Obviously, the input energy consumption of the FFU is different at different operating conditions, that is, at different operating air volumes and total static pressures. Therefore, if you do not name the operating point, entering the energy value does not make sense.
Unit noise: According to the standard IES-RP-CC002, the noise value of the FFU is 1.2m directly below the center of the wind surface during normal operation, and the unit is dB(A). The FFU has different noise at different operating conditions, that is, at different operating air volumes and total static pressures. Therefore, if you do not specify the operating point, the noise value has no meaning.
