Installation and design requirements for material conveying centrifugal fan

The impeller of the material conveying centrifugal fan is composed of dozens of blades. It is similar to the impeller of a huge gas turbine. When the vortex air pump rotates, the air in the middle of the impeller blades is subjected to centrifugal force to move toward the edge of the impeller, where the air enters the annular cavity of the pump body and then returns to the impeller, recirculating in the same manner from the starting point of the blade.

The circulating airflow generated by the rotation of the material conveying centrifugal fan impeller leaves the air pump for use at a very high energy during operation (it produces 12-17 times the pressure of the same speed centrifuge). The vortex air pump uses a special motor. The utility model has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight and low noise, no need of a shifting device, and the gas source sent out is water-free and oil-free.

1. Material conveying centrifugal fan meets the aspects of installation, use and maintenance of the fan. The shape and size of the basic half should be designed according to the installation drawing provided by the manufacturer.

2. The foundation should have sufficient strength, stability and durability.

3. Under the action of static force, the settlement and inclination should be within the allowable range to ensure the normal use of the machine.

4. The basic vibration should be within the allowable range to ensure the normal operation of the fan and the normal working conditions of the operator.
