Installation and commissioning requirements for dust exhaust centrifugal fan

- Sep 11, 2018-

Dust exhaust centrifugal fan is a driven fluid machine that relies on input mechanical energy to increase gas pressure and deliver gas. It is widely used for ventilation, dust removal and cooling of factories, mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships and buildings; Ventilation and drafting of boilers and industrial furnaces; cooling and ventilation in air conditioning equipment and household appliances; drying and selection of grains; inflation and propulsion of wind tunnel sources and hovercraft.

The installation of the whole unit of the dust exhaust centrifugal fan shall be placed directly on the foundation and leveled with the pair of inclined horns; the cutting surface on the base shall be properly protected, and there shall be no rust or operation. When the base is placed on the foundation, the pair of diagonals shall be applied. The horn is leveled.

The dust exhaust centrifugal fan bearing seat and the base should be tightly jointed, the longitudinal non-leveling should not exceed 0.2/1000, and the level should be measured on the main shaft. The horizontal non-horizontal bottom should not exceed 0.3/1000, and the level should be used in the level of the bearing seat. Measured on. When assembling the casing, the position of the casing should be corrected based on the rotor shaft line and the axial and radial clearance between the impeller inlet and the casing inlet should be speeded up to the specified range, and the foot should be inspected at the same time. Is the bolt tight?

When assembling the dust exhaust centrifugal fan shaft and bearing bush, it should be inspected according to the technical documents of the equipment. The bearing cover and the bearing bush should maintain an interference of 0.03 ~ 0.04 mm; when correcting, the different axis of the fan shaft and the motor shaft: the radial positioning should not exceed 0.05 mm, and the tilt should not exceed 0.2/1000.
