To use high-pressure centrifugal fan equipment normally, we must first ensure that the equipment is in place. In fact, the quality of the installation of the device will have a direct impact on its subsequent use. So, what issues need to pay attention to when installing? Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the impeller and casing of the high-pressure centrifugal fan are damaged or deformed due to transportation, and check whether the joints are well-fastened.
If an abnormal problem is found during the inspection, be sure to fix it before installing it. The solution, the installation of high pressure centrifugal fan inlet and outlet should have sufficient strength, rigidity, stability and durability. Be sure to ensure that the device is tightly mounted and must be installed using a fan or motor's anchor bolt holes. It is forbidden to use the flange of the air inlet and outlet as the mounting force member, and at the same time, the rigid pipe should be additionally provided for the arrangement of the air pipe.
In addition, when installing and using a high-pressure centrifugal fan, if there are elbows in the range of the diameter of the double wind wheel before and after the air inlet and outlet, or when the pipe section suddenly changes, the resistance of the pipeline may increase drastically. So need to avoid such a situation as much as possible.
When wiring, pay attention to the power supply connected to the high-pressure centrifugal fan must ensure that the three-phase equilibrium, without the same defects. The voltage can fluctuate within ±5% of the rated voltage. Motor wiring must be professionally responsible to ensure correct wiring. The installation should take into account the fatal damage caused by debris entering the interior of the fan, and set the appropriate guards. Moreover, it should be noted that the air volume control valve can be increased in the pipe network system so as to adjust the fan operating point.
After the high-pressure centrifugal fan is installed, reasonableness should be paid attention to in daily operation. Remember, do not start or stop too often, otherwise it will cause the motor to burn out. During the operation of the high-pressure centrifugal fan equipment, there must be no debris to block the motor cooling fan inlet and outlet, or the heat radiation teeth on the surface of the motor to prevent the motor from being burned due to the poor heat dissipation of the motor.
