In general, during the welding process, centrifugal fan impellers may have a variety of deformation problems, such as the form of fillet welds between the blades and the front and rear plates. When the weld is welded, the angular distortion of the weld will cause deflection of the blades. Affects the impeller quality.


What is more, it may affect the overall installation quality of the wind turbine. In addition, during the welding of the centrifugal fan impeller, the welding of the blades and the front and rear plates may cause the wave deformation of the front and rear plates, which affects the quality of the impeller. In addition, excessive residual welding stress after welding can also cause the stress in the operation of the impeller to be released, resulting in new deformation and destroying the original balance.


Therefore, in the process of centrifugal fan impeller welding, appropriate measures need to be taken to control good angular deformation, reduce wave deformation, and eliminate residual stress. So how do you implement it? First of all, we need to first fix the blade and the back plate according to the drawings, adjust the angle between the blade and the back plate, then rotate the back plate to the platform, and rigidly fix the back plate with a fixing clamp.


In the course of the welding operation, it is necessary to pay attention to arranging at least two workers to perform welding at the same time and adopt symmetrically segmented welding. That is, the impeller of the centrifugal fan is equally divided in roundness, so that the two corners of the welder cancel each other out when welding. At the same time, it should be noted that the welding process requires the same welding parameters and the same welding speed. And in the welding process, the choice of welding parameters is strictly controlled, so that the wave deformation of the rear plate in the circumferential direction is reduced, and the amount of residual stress after welding is also reduced.


When the blades of the centrifugal fan impeller are welded with the rear plate, it is also necessary to perform cleaning and inspection in time. After passing the inspection, according to the welding sequence, the flame is uniformly heated in the radial direction, and the temperature should be within the annealing temperature range, so that the residual stress after welding of the impeller of the centrifugal fan is eliminated.
